The initiative involved organizing previously siloed data from various sources, including supplier catalogs, equipment specifications, operational data from airports, scraping OEM catalogs, enriching data with external sources and using AI to predict cross-references and add technical attributes. By following a five-stage process, Sage Parts created a robust database that serves as the foundation for their enhanced e-commerce platform, a structured and attribute-rich database, resulting in a highly accurate and comprehensive catalog that significantly improves the customer experience.
