We, Mad Street Den Inc., having our office at Mad Street Inc., 303 Twin Dolphin Drive, 6th Floor, Suite 14, Redwood City, CA 94065 (“MSD”, or “we”, or “us”, or “our”) value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to describe what information we collect about you while you use, browse, or contact us through our websites, https://www.madstreetden.com/, and https://www.vue.ai/(“Websites”), why we collect the information, how we use your information, how we protect and share your information, the choices we offer you, including your ability to access, update and remove information about yourself (“User”,  or “your “or “you”).

1. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING YOUR DATA 

We ask for and collect certain information (specified in Section 2) about you when you browse and use the Websites and/or contact us through the Websites. This information is necessary (a) for providing you with the Websites; (b) for the adequate performance of our obligations towards you; and (c) to allow us to comply with our legal obligations. (iii) To notify you about any changes and improvements to the product, services and/or Websites, or analytical purposes, including but not limited to assessing usage data, usage patterns, and other similar activities.
(iv) When you share your information for requesting a demonstration of our products and services, we keep a record of your information to reach and communicate with you.
(v) We use information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies to improve your user experience.
(vi) To conduct analysis to ensure that the services are provided in an efficient manner.  
(vii) In any other way that we may describe to you at the time you provide the information.

Except as otherwise provided herein, we will not disclose, publish, sell, rent, market or share with any third party your personal information without your express consent.

Please do not include or provide any personal information unless specifically requested as part of the registration or other applicable processes. If any information you have provided or uploaded violates the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may be required to delete such information upon informing you of the same and revoke your access if required without incurring any liability to you.

MSD stores personal information on databases and on servers based in North Virginia, United States, or any other country around the world. We may store your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live.

The information that you provide, subject to disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy, shall be maintained in a safe and secure manner. MSD databases and information are stored on secure servers with appropriate firewalls.

MSD uses industry standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to safeguard all personal information and keep your personal information confidential and secure. We conduct periodic reviews of our security measures pertaining to our information collection, storage, to guard against unauthorized access to systems. 

When you enter information in our Websites, all such information that we collect and share with our partners are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates. 

We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences received through cookies and tracking technologies. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Websites or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.  

While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that your information and all other information submitted by you is safe and secure, MSD makes no representation, warranties, or other assurances that the security measures are adequate, safe, fool proof, or impenetrable.  

Given the nature of internet transactions, MSD does not take any responsibility for the transmission of information including User information shared by you. Any transmission of User information on the internet is done at your own risk and MSD shall not be responsible for the circumvention of the privacy settings or security measures either by you or any third party.

As a User of the Websites, you have the responsibility to ensure data security. You should use the Websites responsibly and not share your personal information including your username or password or account information with any person. Do remember that you are solely responsible for your acts while using our Websites.


6. YOUR RIGHTS  

(i) Access to Data
You have the right to seek confirmation from us as to whether your personal information is processed by us and certain other information including the purpose of processing, the kind of personal information processed, the recipients of the personal information, storage period of the personal information, existence of your rights mentioned under this section 6, and whether the personal information is transferred to a third country. If you require more than 1 (One) copy of the personal information that is undergoing processing, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the same. 

(ii) Data Retention and Data Deletion

You can change, alter, modify, or delete your information at any time by e-mailing us at infosec@madstreetden.com. However, please note that in the event you alter, or update or delete your information, we cannot ensure the continuity to your access of our Websites. MSD may permit or deny modification of any information, to the extent such information is required by us in order to be compliant with and observe applicable laws. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you (which you cannot update yourself).

(iv) Data Portability
Data portability is the ability to obtain some of your information in a format you can move from one service provider to another. Depending on the context, you may also be entitled to request copies of personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible). 

(v) Objection to Processing
You have the right to object to us processing your personal information if we process personal information based on ours or someone else’s legitimate interest unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate ground for the processing.

(vi) Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Collecting Data.
Where you have provided your consent to collection of your personal information by MSD, you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a communication to us at infosec@madstreetden.com specifying which consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal. However, please note that in the event you withdraw your consent, we cannot ensure the continuity in access to our Websites to you.

(vii) Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you unless you have provided your consent for the same or it is necessary for entering into or performance of a contract between you and MSD.

If you wish to place a complaint with regard to privacy requirements or laws, access any of your information or would like to update or correct any errors in your information, please contact our Data Protection Officer/Grievance Redressal Officer, Vijayalakshmi Gopal at vijayalakshmi.g@madstreetden.com so that we can consider and respond to your request. 7. RESTRICTIONS

The services MSD provides are only intended for Users who are of 18 (Eighteen) years of age or older. If you are not of the requisite age, you are not to provide any personal information or other information through our Websites. MSD shall have the right to revoke the provision of services and delete personal information of Users below the age of 18 (Eighteen) without notice. 


8. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

Our Websites may contain links to and from the websites and mobile applications of third parties and advertisers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, nor do we take any responsibility for any information that is collected by any third party either using the Websites or through any third-party links made available to you during your use of the Websites or through any of the advertisements or through BOTS. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they may have their own privacy policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal information to such websites. 


9. AMENDMENTS

This Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Websites and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you may stop using our Websites and exercise your rights as per Section 6

This Privacy Policy shall form a part and shall be read in conjunction with the Cookie Policy.
