Click-through Rate (CTR)

The CTR is a measure of those visitors that engage with a CTA on the website. It is measured by dividing the number of people who clicked on a given element by the total number of visitors to that page.

CTR = No.of people engaged in a click/ total number of visitors

This metric is used to evaluate emails, web pages, website videos and online campaigns, to eventually reflect on the success of the retailer’s efforts on the webpage.
